Dan is an experienced writer, editor, marketer, public relations professional, project manager, and website strategist with nearly 20 years experience in industries ranging from technology, professional services, pet products, consumer products, economic development, finance, legal, restaurant and hospitality, and Internet development.
Dan cut his teeth on public relations while researching and developing content for Ralston Purina’s many corporate communications magazines and newsletters in the early 1990s. Today, he specializes in helping organizations “tell their stories” and think strategically around how they position their brands, products and services with existing and new target audiences. Dan also advises small to large organizations and business and non-profit leaders on how to prepare for and respond to media inquiries during times of both boom and crisis.
Prior to entering the public relations and marketing fields, Dan edited two internationally circulated art-instruction magazines and worked as a newspaper and magazine reporter. Dan graduated from The University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. He is a member of the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky Film Commission Board, serves on the Advisory Committee of the Professional Leadership Network, co-chairs the Accelerator program for the Cincinnati chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization, co-founded the Institute for Social Media at Cincinnati State, served on the Marketing Committee for the Association for Corporate Growth, served on the advisory board of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, and was named a Gentleman of Style and Substance by Cincinnati Magazine and the Cincinnati Parks Board.
Megan is a marketing strategist with a background in copywriting and data analytics. She began her career in sociology studying new communication technology and identity theory, and quickly shifted to the world of marketing. With a focus on content marketing and lead generation, Megan has specialized in making technical organizations sing.
Prior to joining O’Keeffe, Megan worked in the professional services, construction, finance, market research, and healthcare industries. Using well-researched strategy backed by best practices and a dose of creativity, she has helped organizations reach prospects, convert leads, and increase loyalty.
Megan is a California native who was lured away from the beach by Xavier University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and walking Moe, her ancient Redbone Coonhound rescue.
Dale Justice is a veteran of the Greater Cincinnati advertising and marketing communication industry. Dale began his career as a Graphic Designer, but quickly found his way into marketing. Dale founded and served as managing partner of the regional firm, Justice & Young Marketing & Public Relations. J&Y served some of the Greater Cincinnati area’s most iconic companies, including Graeter’s, Gold Star Chili, White Castle, Cincinnati Milacron, Meridian Bioscience, McSwain Carpet and Flooring, Northside Bank and Trust, Cohesion Business Technologies, and countless more.
After 26 years, Dale sold his business and joined the O’Keeffe team. He brings vast experience with all forms of business-to-business marketing, branding and creative communications, traditional and digital. He creates campaigns designed to achieve measurable growth, and has direct experience with Manufacturing, Home Building and Construction Products and Services, Information Technology, Life Sciences, Banking & Financial, Insurance, Professional Services and Non-Profit.
Dale earned the title of 2002 Man of the Year for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in 2002, serving on the Board of Trustees for six years. Dale earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati prestigious College of Design, Art, Architecture and Planning (DAAP). Dale and his wife live in suburban Cincinnati, spending as much time as possible with their three grandsons.
Michael is a marketing and communications pro with experience in content marketing, public relations, copywriting, social media, and digital marketing. He is a dedicated and proven force in achieving business and community success. Michael brings an all-in-one package of relentless pursuit for business growth, visionary storytelling, and an obsession of nerding out over the latest marketing and technology trends.
He kicked off his career in the nonprofit world by leading high impact marketing, fundraising, and event planning initiatives. Michael transitioned to higher education in which he led Northern Kentucky University’s new $45 million Campus Recreation Center to be a regional health and wellness leader by deploying innovative marketing, sales, and customer experience strategies. In 2017, Michael engaged thousands of young professionals to volunteer with Give Back Cincinnati as its Communications Director.
Michael is a San Diego native who is living it up in Covington’s Mainstrasse neighborhood. He is a lifelong Norse as he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Northern Kentucky University in 2013, and he will graduate from the university with a Master of Science in Business Informatics in May 2018. Michael also serves as the President of Give Back Cincinnati, the region’s largest volunteer and young professional networking organization. In his free time, Michael enjoys checking out the fun new businesses propping up around Greater Cincinnati’s renaissance, traveling, and staying up-to-date on the latest current events and trends.
Lisa Dyson is a Cincinnati native with over 12 years of experience in marketing, advertising and public relations. Lisa has a deep breadth of experience from working on both the brand side of the business as well as several advertising and public relations agencies. Her knowledge of her clients and their specific industries help her create compelling and meaningful content and connections that resonate with consumers.
Prior to joining O’Keeffe, Lisa worked closely with iconic brands including Panera Bread, and the McDonald’s Corporation to successfully build their company portfolio through organic marketing and PR efforts. This experience allows Lisa to not only build a brand from the ground up, but to truly lead the charge in evaluating strategic marketing and PR tactics that ensure growth and measurable results are attained. Lisa’s passion for continuously building brand recognition pairs seamlessly with her desire to think outside the box, giving consumers a memorable and lasting impression of the brand. Her experience with integrated marketing allows Lisa to dive into holistic-approach campaigns, ensuring the right connections are being made with the right audience, each and every time.

Lisa lives in Loveland with her husband, two step-daughters, and beloved chocolate lab. She is a wannabe chef, an online shopping addict, and a happy camper.
Tiffany Ridenour is a recent graduate of Miami University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and Professional Writing. Tiffany has experience with creating content for a variety of social media platforms, public relations, eBook creation, web-based publication and editing. She enjoys the writing side of PR where she excels at telling people’s stories and crafting a message that will captivate an audience.
Previously, Tiffany worked on a content strategy plan and mini social media campaign in order to boost engagement for the City of Hamilton’s social media platforms. She also created a public relations campaign for a local company in Oxford, Ohio, in order to spread awareness and grow its customer base. Tiffany is certified in Hubspot and Google AdWords, and has experience with Adobe’s InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Tiffany hopes to learn more about public relations, social media marketing and how to use the skills she has developed during her internship with O’Keeffe. In the future, she plans to become a public relations specialist at a PR firm in Cincinnati, and eventually move up to public relations manager.
Tiffany lives in Hamilton with her boyfriend, daughter, two dogs and cat. When she’s not working at O’Keeffe, she spends her time watching her favorite shows on Hulu and Netflix, finding new blogs for PR professionals and surfing through Pinterest.
Jocelyn Summers is a communications savant with a passion for strategic planning and execution. Her draw to PR lies in the power of the written word and the impact it has on behavior and emotional appeal. She is interested in all things digital, eager to immerse herself in analytics and digital content development. She has a dynamic background in brand storytelling, social media, public relations, reputation monitoring and digital media.
Jocelyn is a recent graduate of Xavier University, earning a three-part degree in Public Relations, Advertising and Digital Media. She has previous corporate experience with a Fortune 20 company and has developed public relations strategies for local nonprofits. Her versatile skill set paired with her work ethic drives her to find creative solutions for client’s needs.
Originally from Phoenix, Ariz., Jocelyn traded the Valley of the Sun for the Queen City. In her free time, she enjoys taking advantage of what the city has to offer by visiting new restaurants, attending sports events and supporting local businesses. Of course, a Netflix night is often thrown into the mix.
